This qualification entitles the holder to act as Skipper on merchant ships with a gross tonnage not exceeding 100 GT, operating no more than 3 miles from a port and carrying a maximum of 150 passengers.
This certificate is the minimum requirement and is mandatory for all personnel forming part of the ship’s crew who perform professional maritime duties.
This allows for the command of recreational vessels registered under lists six or seven, with a length of up to 24 meters, along the Spanish coast and up to 60 miles parallel to it.
