Get your Navigation License in Malaga without taking any exam. You will only need to complete the theory class and the safety and navigation practices to obtain your Navigation License – Titulín.
The Navigation License (formerly Titulín) authorizes the operation of recreational vessels up to 6 meters in length with engine power appropriate to the vessel according to its manufacturer, for daytime navigation and provided they do not travel more than 2 miles from port, marina, or place of shelter.
The Navigation License in Malaga also authorizes the operation of jet skis with no power limit!
To take the Navigation License course in Malaga, you must be 18 years old at the time of the exam. However, minors who are 16 years old at the time of the practical training may take the exam by providing written authorization from parents or guardians.

No prior qualification is required to take the Navigation License – Titulín course.
The requirements to be met to take the Navigation License – Titulín are as follows:
− Complete a 2-hour theory course.
− Complete 4 hours of practical training.
− Provide proof of psychophysical examination, issued by a Medical Center in accordance with Article 21 of RD 875/2014.
The renewal of the old “Titulín” Federation Authorization obtained before 2014, which limited engine power to 55 HP, can be converted to the Navigation License which does not limit horsepower.
How can it be renewed? Only the practical part of the course needs to be completed. That is, holders of the “Federation Authorization” (Titulín) can exchange it for the new Navigation License in Malaga by completing only the 4 hours of practical training and being exempt from the theory part of the course.
